Upper Implant-Supported Bridges

BEFORE

AFTER

This businessman from the country presented with gum disease, tooth decay, and deteriorating teeth that have caused a collapse of the bite.

We undertook full mouth rehabilitation with the extraction of the compromised teeth and placed six dental implants to support 2 bridges that replaced a total of 11 teeth.

The collapsed bite was corrected by simultaneously treating the remaining natural teeth with porcelain crowns.

Treatment Process

The patient presented with gum disease, tooth decay, and deteriorating teeth that have caused the bite to collapse.

6 Implants were placed and were fitted with titanium abutments that supported a provisional bridge during healing of the implants.

A total of 11 teeth were made in porcelain in 2 bridged sections.

Our on-site dental ceramics technician builds the undersides to the teeth to train the gum into an aesthetic bed for the overlying teeth.

The first bridge section is inserted on 2 implants in the back.

The second longer bridge segment is inserted on the 4 remaining implants.
